RELATIONSHIPS 101 PART 1
To be part of a family is to be in a relationship. There is an opportunity for a closeness and trust that cannot occur outside family. With this possibility for closeness is the possibility of hatred and estrangement. It is not easy to maintain positive relationships with those that we are naturally closest to. There are tensions that exist between family members that are not present in other relationships. Being in close proximity means that you know of persons great attributes as well as their faults. Maintaining family relationships are a tremendous challenge.
DAILY INSPIRATION
In business, the competition will bite you if you keep running if you stand still, they will swallow you.
My father taught me always to do more than you got paid for as an investment in your future.
If you a make a sale you make a living. If you make an investment of time and good service in a customer you can make a fortune.
Don't just let your bussiness or your job make something for you, let it make something of you.
The worst days of those who enjoy what they do are better than the best days of those who don't.
One good customer well taken care of could be more valuable than loads worth of advertising.

DAILY INSPIRATION
Give a lecture to a thousand people. One walks out and says, "I'm going to change my life" Another one walks out with a yawn and says,"I've heard all this before" Why is that? Why wouldn't both be affected the same way?
If you wish to find you must search rarely does a good idea interrupt you.
Motivation alone is not enough if you have an idiot and you motivate him now you have a motivated idiot.
When you know what you want and you want it badly enough you'll find a way to get it.
The best motivating is self-motivating. The guy says,"I wish someone would come by and turn me on. what if they don't show up? You've got to have a better plan for your life.
Humans have the remarkable ability to get exactly what they must have but there is a difference between a "must" and "want."

WILL POWER PT2
A man can do all things if he but wills them.
People do not lack strength they lack will.
What you have to do and the way you have to do it is incredibly simple. Whether you are willing to do it that's another matter.
Will is character in action.
It is fatal to enter any war without the will to win it.
Free will and determinism are like a game of cards. The hand that is dealt you is determinism. The way you play your hand is free will.

WILL POWER PT1
The man who goes farthest is generally the one who is willing to do and dare. The sure thing boat never gets far from shore.
You have a very powerful mind that can make anything happen as long as you keep yourself centered.
Strength does not come from physical capacity. It comes from an indomitable will.
Will power is to the mind like a strong blind man who carries on his shoulders a lame man who can see.
The world is full of willing people, some willing to work, the rest willing to let them.
Great souls have wills feeble ones have only wishes.

GIVING
Always give without remembering and always receive without forgetting.
Develop an "attitude of gratitude."Say thank you to everyone you meet for everything they do for you.
Ask for what you want Ask for help Ask for input Ask for advice and ideas- but be afraid to ask.
Develop a benovolent world view look for the good in the people and circumstances around you.
Love only grows by sharing. You can only have more for yourself by giving it away to others.
Perhaps the most important word in success and happiness is the word,"ask."

Life Goals
We do believe in setting goals, we live by goals. In athletics we always have a goal. When we go to school, we have the goal of graduation and degrees. Our total existence is goal-oriented. We must have goals to make progress, encouraged by keeping records as the swimmer or the jumper or the runner does. Progress is easier when it is timed, checked, and measured. Goals are good laboring with a distant aim sets the mind in a higher key and puts us at our best. Goals should always be made to a point that will make us reach and strain.
